For our second auction of 2024, find more than 900 lots under the hammer at Fine Spirits Auction. Not only do whisky and rum make a notable appearance, but Chartreuse is also under the spotlight in this winter edition.
Some 200 bottles from the brand are up for grabs this sale. These include Tarragona bottlings and a huge number of limited editions such as VEP, Reine des Liqueurs, Fêtes de la Chartreuse, Liqueur du 9e Centenaire, Fous de Chartreuse, Santa Tecla, Liqueur de Foudre, Tau and the MOF batches. Some of these are available in classic formats, while others are double magnums.
Velier’s Magnum range of rums also feature heavily at this auction. Created in collaboration with the famous photo-journalism agency, the collection sees limited series paired with black and white photos, meaning you will be able to find several Caroni and Foursquare bottlings from the same bottler. In the world of French rum, this edition brings a superb Isautier 33 Years decanter and some great gems from Depaz, Bally, Trois Rivières and La Favorite.
Whisky enthusiasts and collectors will find plenty to keep them occupied too, with a wide range of rare releases from Japan, including the Tsukuriwake range and limited editions from Hibiki, Hanyu and Karuizawa. Scotland also stands out with legendary bottlings of Ardbeg 1974, a Port Ellen Official Release, a GlenDronach 1972 and a Lagavulin 25 Year Old 200th Anniversary Edition. Across the pond, Blood Oath, Whistle Pig and Blanton steal the show.
