Following the success of the 2022 edition, Fine Spirits Auction and the GoodPlanet Foundation teamed up again for another charity auction at this year’s Whisky Live Paris 2023.
Barge 166, Blanton’s, Calvados Christian Drouin, Celtic Whisky Distillerie, Chichibu Distillery, Dalmore, Edrington France, Gordon & MacPhail, Hampden Distillery, Hombo Shuzo, Kavalan, La Maison du Whisky, La Maison & Velier, Maison Ferrand, Maison Vallein Tercinier, Michter’s Neisson, Penderyn, Silver Seal, Velier, Warenghem, Wealth Solutions, and Willett all supported FSA’s second charity auction and helped raise over €127,000 for the GoodPlanet Foundation. We’d like to say a huge thank you to all these partners, without whom we would not have been able to bring you these unique bottles.
The 22 charity lots attracted more than 1,000 bids, many placed live at Whisky Live Paris and, of course, many more during the final hours of the auction.
All profits from the sale will go to the GoodPlanet Foundation, helping it continue its support of female entrepreneurship in Senegal through the development of a sustainable shellfish industry in the Saloum Delta (the same project supported at the 2022 edition), the installation of solar water pumps in Malawi, and the development of agroecology in France.
